Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next business day.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (UK)
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
International Shipping
- Standard International: 7–14 business days
- Express International: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on courier delays or customs.
Shipping Rates
If there are shipping fees, then they are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. We generally offer free shipping within UK, which is valid for the orders we ship to your provided delivery address in the UK. The free shipping does not include reshipments in case of failed shipments or the return shipments. Please also see our Refund policy.
Order Tracking
If the chosen shipment method supports order tracking, then you will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)
International customers may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees.
- These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices.
- Customers are responsible for paying any applicable charges.
- Customs processing may delay delivery.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Free shipping will not be offered and additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos.
- If your package is lost in transit, we will not be responsible but we will assist in filing a claim with the courier.
- We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier.
